What Is Granny 2?

Granny 2 (also referred to as Granny: Chapter Two) is a thrilling survival horror game that puts you to the test, to run out of a haunting house and be hunted by a pair of monsters as opposed to one. You have five days to escape. Tamper, and Granny will listen to you. With Grandpa you cross paths, and you will soon find how he strikes.

Published in 2019, Granny 2 is an expansion of the essential horror formula by introducing a second antagonist in the form of Grandpa. Granny is still hearing extraordinarily well, but Grandpa is not as sensitive to sound and is incredibly violent. They both walk a larger, more advanced house together, full of traps and locked rooms with secret puzzles. Your task is easy in theory: escape before it is too late. Practically, it is not easy at all.

How to Play Granny 2

• Explore and loot: Drawers, shelves, keys, tools and weapon hiding spots.
• Stay quiet and hide: The dropping of things or walking on creaky floors makes Granny jump immediately. When the danger is approaching, hide in the wardrobes or under beds.
• Use items strategically: Arms may put Granny or Grandpa into a temporary stupor, but you have to use such openings well.
• Solve puzzles to escape: Crack doors, break traps, and assemble evidence to find ways out.

Getting caught costs you a day. Lose the five, and it is all over.

Escape Routes and Endings

Granny 2 has three primary escape endings, each having its own challenges:

• Escape via the main door - Open several locks with definite tools and keys.
• Boat escape - Repair the boat and escape the premises.
• Helicopter escape - Reach the roof, collect helicopter components and fly.

Every path is a reward to exploration and planning.

Difficulty Modes

Granny 2 offers five difficulty levels to suit different playstyles:

• Extreme - Enemies are faster; extra locks added.
• Hard - Faster enemies with one extra lock.
• Normal - Balanced speed and challenge.
• Easy - Slower enemies; no creaking floors.
• Practice - Granny and Grandpa are absent, allowing safe exploration.

Granny vs. Granny 2: What’s New?

Granny 2 is more demanding than the original one. The house is bigger and the number of escape paths is increased and having to deal with two enemies simultaneously makes the situation very tense. The more weapons, the more ways, the more the freedom, the more the danger.
